Banff National Park ski areas Banff Sunshine, Lake Louise, Mt Norquay (SkiBig3) created a fire relief fund throughout the month of January to support Australian people and wildlife impacted by the consequences of the widespread wildfires.
SkiBig3 offered 5% of January lift ticket proceeds raised during their January SnowDays Lift Ticket Sale to going directly into key relief funds. Aa result SkiBig3 were able to raise $4,275 CAD with the contribution split as follows:
$1900 AUD – Red Cross
$1425 AUD – WIRES
$1425 AUD – Wildlife Victoria
