From September to November 2019, Bay’s Kitchen & Bar is on a new buffet theme: Fusion.

This time the restaurant is surprising us with new cuisine ideas, including steaks on Himalayan pink salt plate – a natural seasoning, to be served with mushroom gravy foam and sea salt of different flavors; Oysters – the famous item of the restaurant, can now be further enhanced with Balsamic caviar, Wasabi caviar or Truffle caviar; the live smoke station with actual smoke to enrich the taste of cheese, ham, etc.; and many others including risotto with seafood Laksa, blue mussels with Thai lime coconut or Sichuan style… Lots of fusion items waiting for your exploration.

Except items with fusion theme, the buffet dinner of Bay’s Kitchen & Bar features seafood on ice, with oysters, blue mussels, prawns, crabs, etc., all are fresh and juicy, best for appetizing. Japanese corner with Sushi and Sashimi such as Salmon, tuna and squid; Salad bar with ham and cheese, Chinese and Western soups to prepare you for the hot dishes. Hot dishes include rib eye, roasted chicken, BBQ flounder…. There is also a live noodle station, guests can pick their favorite ingredients for a completely customized soup noodle. Finally visit the dessert corner with over 10 flavors of Movenpick ice-cream, cakes, Chinese dessert and chocolate fountain.
