This week Soleil Pool Bar manager Will Mahe is calling on the people of Brisbane to take part in creating the first ever Crowd Sourced Cocktail via Instagram, with the result taking pride of place at this Sunday’s celebration event, which is a nod to the venue’s Capri Sundays.

Vote on a base spirit for the cocktail – choose from Vodka, Gin, Bourbon, Tequila or Rum.
Wednesday September 25
Choose your preferred citrus – lemon, lime or grapefruit!
Thursday September 26
Vote on your favourite juice to add – orange, apple, pineapple or cranberry.
Friday September 27
Now you choose your preferred syrup or bitters – Orgeat, Ginger syrup, Hibiscus, Habanero, Rosemary, Sugar, Sour Cherry, Rubab and Ginger or Coconut and Kaffir lime.
Saturday September 28
Vote on your herb or garnish! Mint, Rosemary, Thyme or Sage!
Sunday September 29
Arrive at Soleil Pool Bar ready to celebrate the all new, Crowd Sourced Cocktails that will be named on the day! This fifth and final celebration in September is bound to be the best, with free entry, complimentary canapes, pop-up bars, frose, live music and a pool party.
