The New Yoga Bolster is a versatile prop that can be used for all levels and styles of yoga. It’s most often used during a restorative practice which we could all use a little more of these days. Place it under the hips to elevate the legs up the wall, or under the ribcage to gently open the heart. It’s the perfect balance of support and cushioning needed for holding deeper postures for longer periods.
Soften into the comfort of knowing our earth-conscious designs are made from recycled plastic bottle microfiber and natural cotton.
