Beauty&You, a unique travel retail concept by The Shilla Duty Free, has officially kicked off their first anniversary at the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) on 30 July. Featuring an exclusive performance by The Shilla Duty Free’s 2019 brand ambassador K-pop sensation Red Velvet, Beauty&You’s anniversary celebration event was attended by The Shilla Duty Free’s senior management, representatives of the Airport Authority Hong Kong, brand and business partners, media, as well as Red Velvet’s ecstatic fans.

Celebrating Beauty&You’s milestone with their fans, Red Velvet put on an energetic performance with fan favourites and songs from their latest, highly anticipated album, The ReVe Festival: Day 1, including Red Flavour, Power Up, Really Bad Boy and Zimzalabim. After a long-awaited return to Hong Kong, fans cheered and held up banners as the highly sought K-pop icon wowed the crowd with an impressive rendition. They also shared their travel beauty essentials as well as future plans on stage, giving loyal fans with a much needed, gratifying reward.

In honour of its successful first year, Beauty&You will continue to offer a range of enticing in-store activities and promotions throughout the summer. Earlier this morning, Red Velvet visited Beauty&You’s stores and the special first anniversary pop-up for an unparalleled beauty shopping experience. The all-immersive Beauty&You Anniversary Pop-Up features engaging experiential zones, including Beauty&You’s DIY Mobile Sticker Photo Booth and weekly exclusive zones by YSL Beauty, Sulwhasoo, Marc Jacobs fragrances and Ray-Ban, offering great savings and exclusive mini travel gifts. Adding to the exciting retailtainment experience, customers can further enjoy popcorn at the Beauty Party Corner, browse through Beauty&You’s exclusive first anniversary products, and receive shopping coupons. The anniversary pop-up will last through 21 August, 2019, at Level 6, Departures East Hall South, Terminal 1, at the HKIA.

Until 14 August, 2019, Curated Zone by Guerlain at Beauty&You’s East Hall South store will continue to feature interactive retailtainment activities, such as VR experiences, coaster and postcard workshops and lipstick engraving. At the East Hall North’s store’s Curated Zone, L’Oréal Travel Retail’s first-ever “Men’s Grooming Lifestyle” pop-up, designed to help every man find their perfect product. The East Hall North store will also feature interactive makeup demonstrations by Yves Saint Laurent and Estée Lauder, offering complimentary makeup consultation and tips, exclusive gifts and offers to customers.

To thank customers for their continued support, Beauty&You has also curated first anniversary beauty sets and special gifts with purchases for great savings, such as Clinique, Estée Lauder, Kiehl’s, Lancôme, NARS, Shiseido, SK-II and The History of Whoo, with more to come.
