Best Western® Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of Lincoln Downs Resort, Batemans Bay BW Signature Collection to its network.

Located in the vibrant seaside town of Batemans Bay in the South Coast of NSW, Lincoln Downs Resort Batemans Bay, BW Signature Collection is a boutique country retreat overlooking a picturesque private lake and gardens.

According to the Managing Director of Best Western Hotels & Resorts for Australasia Graham Perry, the Resort is the second branding and distribution partnership with Mandala Asset Solutions, which specialises in Australian regional hospitality funds.

“We’re delighted to welcome Lincoln Downs Resort Batemans Bay, BW Signature Collection to the Best Western network as part of our Signature Collection soft brand, in conjunction with Mandala Asset Solutions,” says Perry.

“This follows the Mandala-managed Best Western Plus Ambassador Orange joining the brand earlier this year, in February.”

Principal of Mandala Asset Solutions, Ryan Shaw, is positive about the move of a second property across to the Best Western network.

“We are very pleased to be expanding our portfolio of properties within the Best Western suite of brands,” says Shaw.

“Following the successful rebranding of our Orange property in early 2019 to Best Western Plus Ambassador Orange, we are confident the team will provide us with the same high calibre of service and support to expand the value of our Lincoln Downs Resort property.”

The 34-room Lincoln Downs Resort property is perfect for business travel, romantic escapes, girls’ weekends away and weddings. Recently completely renovated, it features a heated outdoor pool, tennis court and lakeside gazebo, as well as Briars Restaurant, which creates contemporary Australian cuisine.
