When one stays the first time at such an amazing hotel as the Emporium South Bank Brisbane one can’t fail to be “wowed”, but when one stays the second time there is a chance that sadly it might not be quite as good!

So as I say, I was very impressed indeed, when I stayed in the amazing the Emporium Hotel South Bank Brisbane, around two years ago, but when I stayed again recently, I was “wowed” once again, with the Emporium Hotel South Bank Brisbane every bit as good,…no actually I’m wrong, with Emporium Hotel South Bank Brisbane today EVEN BETTER than on my original stay, having matured stunningly, into an even more amazing and special hotel in which to stay in booming Brisbane for business or leisure, with the Emporium Hotel South Bank Brisbane clearly a very serious market leader in Brisbane.

A number of factors set the Emporium Hotel South Bank Brisbane apart for me, as a luxurious boutique hotel, with firstly, its very clever combination of outstanding design, art and strong colours and features, what I call “WOW factors, even down to the lift walls being moving images, but also how the Emporium name and the “E” is integrated everywhere in a very clever masterpiece of branding, one might even say practically subliminally!!

Also at the Emporium Hotel South Bank Brisbane they also know what great service is really all about and how to really pamper you, kicking off with from the moment you arrive, a clefs d’or concierge awaiting you, to whisk your car away to the hotel’s underground valet parking, with every staff member seeming committed to the highest quality service and to ensure you enjoy your stay, all overlaid by the Emporium Hotel South Bank Brisbane‘s stunning, leading edge, quirky even, design masterpiece amongst hotels in Brisbane…very impressive and I stay in a lot of hotels!

An award winner, the Emporium Hotel South Bank Brisbane is the successor to the Anthony John Group’s formerly highly successful Emporium Fortitude Valley, which owners Tony and Francine John sold, as they were determined to make an even bigger mark on the Brisbane luxury hotel scene, with the 21 floor Emporium Hotel South Bank Brisbane.

Well, they most certainly have succeeded in making that even bigger mark on the Brisbane luxury hotel scene, the exterior of the hotel a striking masterpiece of design and branding, with virtually everything outside and inside the hotel, from the massive sign outside, through to the door handles and even the holders for the wine glasses in the suites, and much more, replicating the “E” for Emporium,…and even down to the hotel’s very own new white Maserati limousine…very clever.

With South Bank Brisbane having become a hot, new living and entertainment precinct in Brisbane and the Emporium Hotel South Bank Brisbane located in its heart, The Emporium Hotel South Bank Brisbane is made up of 143 very stylish, very well equipped, luxurious and exclusive in style, lovingly designed, suites, with Francine John choosing many of the finishes throughout the hotel…and it shows, as they are superb with every detail taken care of so all fabulous with the rooms and suites.

Moving on to the food and dining experience, another key factor in any hotel, the Emporium Hotel South Bank Brisbane’s superb fine dining restaurant Signature is now open, specialising in and championing quality local produce and seasonal inspiration offering superb dishes such as Fraser Island Spanner Crab, Brisbane, Valley Quail, Falls Farm Carrots and Grilled Mooloolaba Swordfish – how yummy is that little sample?  Perfect for that special dining experience with great wines and again in a stunning design setting.

The hotel’s French style Belle Epoque patisserie has become a hot spot in Brisbane offers fabulous coffee and scrumptious pastries and more high quality gourmet and premium food and drinks and great cocktails are available on The Terrace on Level 21, now one of South Bank’s and Brisbane’s top places to be seen, drink and eat – very yummy!   Plus , is even more, with The Terrace, South Bank’s only rooftop bar giving spectacular, panoramic views of the Brisbane River, city and beyond plus an opening roof, with a stunning roof top infinity edge swimming pool alongside…that’s what you call WOW!

In the meantime, and finally, another critical element for me in any hotel, one of the things that really impressed was the absolutely seamless and incredibly high quality of service guests receive from any and all staff with whom I came into contact.

They all appeared highly trained, very professional, but more than that, and I have said this before and it is still true, they also appear to have been chosen because they possess that very special “je ne sais quoi”, that indefinable quality that presented itself in the Emporium Hotel South Bank Brisbane’s happy smiling staff, who could not do too much for all the guests, something that is sadly lacking today in many hotels and restaurants, but something Emporium Hotel South Bank Brisbane has clearly managed to secure.

I am delighted to have had the opportunity visit and experience this amazing boutique, luxury property and review it for you, our Global Travel Media subscribers, so if you are intending to stay in Brisbane yourself or have clients visiting, then the stunning Emporium Hotel South Bank Brisbane, is the place to stay and be…you will most definitely not be disappointed…I most certainly wasn’t as the Emporium Hotel South Bank Brisbane exceeded all my expectations….again.
