Cathay Pacific shows its continued support to Australians who need to travel at this challenging time as it recommences flights from Perth to Hong Kong and beyond including Asia, Europe and North America.

The airline is pleased to announce it will be operating a total of five outbound flights in September from Perth commencing 3 September.

Richard Jones, Regional Head of Marketing and Sales, comments, “As we see confidence for essential travel increase, we’re pleased to be able to offer flight services from Perth once more. We want our passengers to know that they can count on us to support them through these challenging times and fly them safely to wherever they need to be across our network”.

The airline recently introduced the Cathay Care program ensures travellers can fly with confidence. Enhanced measures have been implemented across every stage of the journey from check-in to the inflight experience as a commitment to passenger safety and wellbeing. All customers flying with the airline will also receive Cathay Care Kits containing useful essentials such as face coverings and antiseptic wipes.

All new tickets issued up to 31 October 2020 are eligible for unlimited free changes as Cathay Pacific understands that being flexible is more important now than ever.

Cathay Pacific continues to work closely with authorities around the world to maintain essential flight connections between Australia, Hong Kong and beyond and abides by all current travel regulations. All operating outbound flights are only available to passengers who are eligible to leave the country or have an exemption from the Australian Government to travel.
