Affected passengers will be notified through the contact details provided in their booking and transferred to the next available flight. They are strongly advised not to proceed to the airport. They can also avail any of the following options by managing their booking through Cebu Pacific’s website:
- Rebook their flights for travel within 30 days from original departure date;
- Place the value of the ticket in a Travel Fund for future use;
- Get a full refund.
