CHINESE NEW YEAR Welcome in the Year of the Pig at Café Gray Deluxe and enjoy the spectacular 23-minute firework show on 6 February, the second day of Chinese New Year. Dine on a decadent five-course menu with hints of Chinese flavour, featuring Double Boiled Oxtail Consommé with Truffle Steamed Bun and Smoked Bone Marrow Butter, Diver Scallops with Jerusalem Artichokes and Soy Roasted Hazelnuts, Braised Wagyu Beef Cheeks with Sweet Potato Fondant, Pickled Carrots, Daikon and Lotus Root. A refreshing Chilled Soup of Ginger and Sago with Pear Sorbet, as well as Milk Chocolate Mousse with Citrus Compôte and Mandarin Gelato complete the occasion.

VALENTINE’S DAY Whisk loved ones away to Café Gray Deluxe this Valentine’s Day, for a candlelit dining experience with breath-taking views of the city. The modern European four-course dinner menu starts with Seared Tuna with Garlic Ponzu, Oscietra Caviar and Seaweed Oil, then Charred Patagonian Toothfish with Champagne Froth and Sweet Potato-Tangerine Gnocchi, followed by savoury Coffee Rubbed Short Rib with Smoked Sichuan Pepper and Baked Turnip. Finish the evening with Strawberry Pavlova with Mascarpone Mousseline and Rosé Champagne Sorbet, as well as Café Gray’s

much-loved Petits Fours and Chocolates. The five-course menu offers an additional dish of Lobster Consommé with Crab Ravioli and Pickled Radish.
