Set in the Balinese surf mecca of Canggu, Hotel Tugu Bali will serve a decadent seven-course menu in a 314-year-old Kang Xi period temple. The temple originates from China but was found, discarded, on the neighbouring island of Java. It was dismantled, shipped and lovingly reconstructed inside Ji at Bale Sutra, Hotel Tugu Bali’s signature restaurant. Hotel Tugu Bali’s seven-course New Year’s feast is only 550,000++ rupiah.
