Jamie Shears, the new Executive Chef at CUT in 45 Park Lane, has introduced a new menu with emphasis on the diverse style of California cuisine, with a touch of Southeast Asian and Oceanic flavours. BAR 45 has also prepared an inspired selection of newly created ‘Festive Negronis’, featuring six seasonal favourites that the mixology team were intrigued to add as variations to this classic cocktail. Francesco Orefici, Bar Manager at BAR 45, will be sharing the ‘Christmas Cake Negroni’ cocktail recipe online, encouraging guests to try making their unique Christmas cocktail.
Christmas masterclasses at Hotel Eden in Rome, Italy
Hotel Eden is going to host a series of masterclasses for guests to get creative during this festive season. Gain hands-on experience by creating a floral masterpiece with the expert help of Executive Housekeeper Margherita Zambuco; Pastry Chef Ezio Redolfi will show guests how to bake and decorate two types of cookie.
