A part of Raffles Hotel Singapore’s history since 1892, Tiffin Room is known for its symphony of authentic flavours that celebrate the rich heritage of North India. This Diwali, the signature restaurant pays homage to its roots with an exclusive set menu experience that boasts a curated selection of new specialties presented in the iconic tiffin box.

Specially prepared by award-winning Chef Kuldeep Negi, the Diwali Experience menu showcases sumptuous culinary creations that are set to tantalise. Relish appetisers like Dahi Puri, an elevated street snack featuring tamarind and raisin chutney with yogurt, and Achari Mahi Tikka, a delightful tandoori-grilled pomfret fillet with pickled spices. Savour main courses of Dill Palak Ka Gosht, a delectable boneless lamb shank simmered in a dill and spinach curry, and Murgh Khumani, tender chicken breast cooked in a flavoursome apricot and mixed nuts gravy. Freshly-made garlic naan, cheese and bell pepper kulcha as well as Indian basmati rice perfumed with saffron complement these savoury delights.

Exclusive desserts, which are a must-have for Diwali celebrations, take the form of Mango Ghevar, a traditional Rajasthani sweet cake with fresh mango and mango kulfi, and Mithai, an array of homemade Indian specialty sweets of cashew nut, date and fig.

The Diwali Experience menu will be available for lunch and dinner from 5 to 15 November 2020 at $88++ per guest. An equally exquisite vegetarian option at $68++ per guest will also be offered. During this period, a limited selection of the regular Tiffin Room à la carte menu will be made available too.

Mithai, handmade Diwali specialty sweets, are also available for takeaway via RafflesGrabandGo.com from 7 to 15 November 2020 at $38+ for a box of 15 pieces comprising of 5 lovely flavours.
