The special menu will be available on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and an additional lunch buffet on Christmas Day. For guests looking to enjoy a festive, family-friendly afternoon of delights may choose to indulge in the Festive Grand Set at Lobby Lounge. Available from December 13 to 25, the Festive Grand Set includes mont blanc, mince pie with clotted cream and mini raspberry chocolate yule log along with festive drinks from a selection of fine Red Christmas tea by TWG, Glühwein by chef recipe and hot chocolate with marshmallow. This time-honoured custom of afternoon tea will whet the appetite while showcasing the best of the season.
Grand Toasts
There is no better way to ring in the New Year than a champagne toast at Grand Hyatt Macau. Set against the backdrop of a live music performance by our all-new in-house international band, Fusion Trio, the Grand Countdown celebrates the New Year in glitters and glamours. Balloons in peachy pink, rose gold, shimmering gold and sparkling pearl will fly down from the lobby ceiling, creating the magic moment for celebration. Ushering in 2019 with good cheer and clinking champagne glasses, awe-inspiring flying trapeze will pour celebratory wines to a 6-meter tall champagne tower made with 1,560 champagne flutes.
