One of the world’s top female chefs with three Michelin stars, Anne-Sophie debuts her entry into Asia with the restaurant, which reflects her search for aromatic complexity, combinations of flavours and powerful tastes that evoke emotions.

Savour delectable lunch creations at $128++ per guest from Fridays to Sundays, excluding Public Holidays. Indulge in many exquisite signature creations, including the Berlingots – iconic pasta parcels found in all of Anne-Sophie Pic’s restaurants around the world with unique and slight adaptations to reflect the character of each establishment’s locale. At La Dame de Pic, Raffles Hotel Singapore the incarnation of the signature Berlingots incorporates an Asian touch with a new flavour association using herb of grace, which enhances the Berlingots’ French cheese fondue filling.

The culinary magic continues with desserts such as Anne-Sophie Pic’s signature White Mille-feuille, featuring ginger flower light cream, confit grapefruit and Litsea cubeba emulsion.

Racines

The magnifique National Day celebration at Racines begins with a festive set lunch menu. To start, opt for the Boiled Fish Soup or Chilli Crab in Pie Tee Shell as your appetiser. Headlining the Asian mains is a choice of either Kong Bak Pau or Nyonya Assam Fish served with Fragrant Rice. Finish off with two locally-inspired desserts: Mango Sago or Chendol. Racines’ National Day Set Dinner is a 4-course selection of French and Asian delights. Savour familiar Asian delicacies such as Marinated Crab Meat, Double-boiled Black Chicken Soup, Boiled Fish Bouillon served with sliced locally-farmed barramundi and mee sua alongside the all-time favourite dessert, Chendol.

SKAI at Swissotel The Stamford

This National Day, SKAI presents a special dining experience with two exclusive menus for one day only. Located on the 70th floor of Swissôtel The Stamford, SKAI’s renowned panoramic city views provide the perfect celebratory backdrop; offering guests first-class views over the nation’s birthday processions within the locale and the night fireworks. 

Catering to all ages, the thoughtfully tailored Morning Tea Menu will be available from 9.30am – 11.00am while the Dinner Set Menu will be available from 5.00pm – 10.30pm. Marrying Executive Chef Paul Hallett’s culinary philosophy centred on quality produce and Executive Pastry Chef Ming Choong’s over 20 years of pastry experience, the menus showcase the talent of these two notable chefs to present delightful thematic creations befitting of Singapore’s birthday. 

The Morning Tea – priced at $50++ per person and $25++ per child kick off celebrations alongside the parade at The Padang with light and delectable treats. The Dinner Set Menu sets the stage for a scenic dining experience amidst the view of the city skyline as fireworks are set off in 10 different locations. Priced at $188++ per person, the four-course set menu features creations that showcase delightful accents of Contemporary and Asian inspiration.

Xperience at SO/Singapore

Relish in a mouth-watering 4 course dining experience curated by culinary designer Hong Dingzhao. From paddock to plate, the modern European & Singaporean fusion menu includes a range of locally grown produce. Menu highlights include a locally grown garden salad with citrus fruit, feta cheese & balsamic; Crab Timbale with Dijon & curry scented cream & cauliflower puree; seabass served with

XO cream, locally grown bok choy & mash; and an oh-SO-sweet finisher, the SO/ banana split topped with “Goreng Pisang” gula melaka sauce and vanilla & ondeh ondeh ice cream.
