To coincide with International Women’s Day, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua will be hosting an inspiring afternoon gathering on Wednesday, 20th March 2019.

It is also set to be a prelude to Kartini Day, a national day in April honoring the empowerment of Indonesian women. This engaging event will be an opportunity for women to connect over a series of talks ranging from career advice to life experiences and personal wellness.

Key speakers will include Editorial Director Prana Group, Editor In Chief Femina, Petty S. Fatimah, TV host and Celebrity Runner, Melanie Putria, and Happy Salma, a renowned Indonesian actress and owner of an artisan jewelry brand. Former hotel executive and current fashion entrepreneur, Riana Bismarak, will also be sharing her secrets for success.

A delicious array of tea time treats prepared by the resort’s very own female pastry extraordinaire, Chef Mimin Mintarsih, will be served throughout the afternoon. There will also be fashion trends by Ree Indonesia, beauty tips & make overs by T Galleria by DFS and a lucky draw with some great prizes to be won.

Tickets to attend will be priced at just IDR 250,000 net per person. In addition, a fun auction of assorted vouchers will be conducted whereby all funds raised will be donated to Bali Pink Ribbon. This non-profit foundation provides support for breast cancer sufferers and conducts outreach programs to educate local women about the disease.

Moderated by Co-Founder and Creative Director of WordPix Asia, Tressabel Hutasoit, Celebrating Women at Bali International Convention Centre of The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali will take place from 2pm to 5pm. Participants can expect an uplifting event that will nourish the spirit and feed the mind with information that is relevant in today’s modern world.
