across core restaurant and bar, the Centurion Ballroom and The Deck.

With Santa visiting the little diners at each location, Crowne Plaza Hobart intends to become a
firm fixture annually for Tasmanians and travellers looking to ring in the yuletide festivities in
style, and enjoy the new accommodation central to Hobart’s most coveted destinations.

Whether Christmas is a formal event, a relaxed celebration or an excuse to gather loved ones
together to appreciate fine food – Crowne Plaza Hobart has a Christmas event for all.

Christmas Lunch Buffet

The Centurion Ballroom has hosted a number decadent events since opening, and this years
buffet lunch will be no exception with the stylish format perfect for families and groups of friends.

Starting the day with a glass of G.H. Mumm Champagne on arrival, diners can enjoy the traditional dishes of carved ham, roast turkey, local seafood, with all those festive trimmings and antipasto flavours native to Hobart.

With an option of a drinks package, bar tab or cash options available to groups, finish the
afternoon with a selection of sweet favourites including Christmas pudding with brandy anglaise,
pavlova and ripe fresh fruit, a towering croquembouche and Tasmanian cheeses.

Guests can expect a complimentary glass of bubbles on arrival and a beautifully themed space to set the scene, and a curated menu that brings a contemporary twist to those festive favourites, and the option of a  bar tab, drinks package or cash option for your beverages.

The culinary team have created an exquisite Christmas menu, starting for course one with the
truffle prawn cocktail, Marie rose, kohlrabi, radish, heirloom herbs, salmon crackling, and conclude with a chocolate hazlenut cheesecake, dark chocolate crumb, passionfruit and raspberry chutney, toasted hazelnut crackers – need we say more.

will be celebrating with relaxed dining, seasonal cocktails and a special Christmas Day menu.
