  • Get a full refund.

Other passengers flying to and from the NAIA Terminal 3 today may also choose to rebook their flights within 30 days from today without penalties, as we are expecting prolonged delays and heavy airport congestion due to this incident.

Passengers may manage their flights through the “Manage Booking” section in the Cebu Pacific website, www.cebupacificair.com.

We may also be reached through the CEB hotline at +65-315-80808 from 7AM to 10PM daily. However, due to the volume of calls we may be receiving, the fastest way to rebook or refund your flight will be through the Cebu Pacific website.

We will provide regular updates on our flight schedules as disruptions are expected to continue today. Passengers are advised to monitor the official Cebu Pacific Facebook (facebook.com/cebupacificair) or Twitter (@CebuPacificAir) accounts for updates.

We apologise for any inconvenience this incident has caused. We thank our passengers for their patience and understanding.
