1. HEALTH & SAFETY A PRIORITY:
Club Med is implementing improved health and safety procedures and more transparent information to reassure guests that Club Med resorts employ the highest standards of Hygiene and Safety in partnership with global expert ECOLAB. 2. MORE FLEXIBILITY
Club Med have revised payment terms to now offer the option to lock in a stay in 2021 with total confidence and increased booking flexibility for bookings made by 30 September 2020; including low deposit, delayed date of full payment and free cancellation up to 30 days before departure. Clients can now book with peace of mind and less commitment – making it easier for you and more flexible for your clients.

3. RECOGNISING LOYALTY
Club Med are extending your clients current Great Member loyalty status up to 31 December
2021 to guarantee their loyalty is recognised if they travel next year.
