Club Med Marks New Year with New Tools for Travel Agents

You spoke, they listened. After the release of results from a survey run by Club Med of almost 500 Australian and New Zealand travel agents, the all-inclusive specialist uncovered beneficial suggestions to improve their pre-existing brochure and tools and has now delivered a brand new brochure to agents, just in time for the peak booking period, the opening of Early Bird sales for the 2018/19 season.
Magazine in aesthetic, detailed guide in functionality, the new brochure promises to offer an agentfriendly explanation of Club Med’s unique premium all-inclusive package and their most loved worldwide resorts to guide both travel agents and their clients effortlessly through the Club Medmbooking journey.

The areas of the brochure which agents will benefit from most include an increase in detail on the all-inclusive package, family services and experiences in each resort, plus the addition of new resorts including Club Med Tomamu, Japan, Club Med Grand Massif Samoens Morillon, France, Club Med Cefalu Sicily, Italy and updated imagery of completely renovated resorts such as Club Med Bintan Island, Indonesia. There are updated Maps and Grids for easy resort comparison, as well as highlighted must-try experiences in each resort and region offering a chance for clients to understand the cultural highlights of the destination, and a snapshot of well-know/’influential’

The dedicated Club Med Travel Agent Portal ( provides additional support to travel agents with resources and sales tools created specifically with agents in mind. Such tools are also backed by the experienced and dedicated Club Med sale team across the country that provides ongoing agent assistance and communication on news, events and offers.

Club Med rewards agent performance by incentivising sales through the Great Agent Loyalty Program and offering generous travel agent rates, plus invests in Club Med In-Store Boutique (ISB) concept to bring Club Med to life in travel agencies to assist with further sales.

Pre-registering will give agents the first chance to book Club Med’s Early Bird Offer (up to 30% off) from 31 January – the best price Club Med will offer all year on its premium all-inclusive holiday packages, for departures November 2018 – April 2019. By pre-registering, agents will automatically receive a quote to their inbox on the day of sales opening. Once received, booking early will secure the resort and date of your client’s choice before it sells out including peak times, preferred room  type, and a spot at the Kids Club for the little ones. The Early Bird Offer is unlimited for the first three days only, meaning all resorts, rooms and dates will be available until 2nd February, 2018 when they may increase in price with demand.
