Connect is excited to announce a new partnership with Infinite Software Solutions, Inc., the developer of TEAM Event Management and the Business to Business Scheduling System.
ISSI has specialized in complex event scheduling for more than 25 years and will be the exclusive partner of Connect, which aims to improve the effectiveness of its appointment portal. An easier-to-use and more effective appointment portal will greatly affect the experience for attendees at future Connect events.
Connect attendees can expect to see many improvements including, an easy-to-navigate portal, fewer system glitches, customized appointments and better targeting. The results will give planners and suppliers more precise matches, cutting down on irrelevant appointments and lost time on the Marketplace floor. Attendees will have more face time with individuals and organizations important to their business objectives.

ISSI’s core clientele includes IPW, Rendezvous Canada, TRENZ, Tianguis Turistico and other associations and government tourism departments that utilize the company’s specialized software to manage their registrations and appointments for conferences and events. The software measures a number of variables when matching appointments, such as requests, the priority of those requests and travel distance between appointments.
In addition to Marketplace appointments, Connect events feature high-level education and lively receptions, all of which allow attendees to form meaningful business connections. During Marketplace, planners and suppliers meet in prescheduled appointments specific to their current and future business needs.
