Cruise & Maritime Voyages (CMV) Australia is delighted to announce the appointment of Bronwen Milsom as the Business Development Manager for Western Australia.

Based out of Perth, Bronwen has commenced with CMV this week, providing ongoing support for agent partners on the west coast to help develop their business and cruise knowledge.

Bronwen is the latest addition to the strong and experienced CMV sales team led by Darren Chigwidden, National Sales Manager (AU & NZ). Darren was pleased to welcome Bronwen into the team this week, as CMV continues its commitment to providing dedicated support to travel agents.

“Bronnie’s wealth of experience working with both mainstream and specialist products, her first-hand understanding of the travel market in Western Australia and her existing relationships with our agent partners all make her a very valuable addition to CMV’s Sales Team,” says Darren.

“With 20 cruise options from Fremantle in the next two seasons aboard Vasco da Gama, Western Australia continues to be a key source market for Cruise & Maritime Voyages. We remain committed to working with our agent partners to increase awareness in the WA market about global destinations and close to home cruises from Fremantle.”

Offering more than 30 years of experience in the travel and cruise industry, including roles as a retail and wholesale travel consultant, Bronwen has previously worked with Royal Caribbean, Azamara and Celebrity Cruises.

She has also worked with British Airways, Garuda Indonesia and Thai Airways and, most recently, helped West Australian agents develop their business with Back-Roads Touring.

Bronwen will work with agents in metropolitan and rural Western Australia, while Faye Larrarte will continue to support agents in New South Wales and Queensland. Darren Chigwidden remains responsible for key accounts and all other territories nationally and across New Zealand..

Bronwen joins CMV during an exciting period of growth for the company, as it celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. The cruise line’s newest addition to the fleet, Vasco da Gama, is due to sail into Australian waters for the first time on December 1st this year.

As Australia’s leading independent cruise line, CMV focuses on providing distinctive and compelling domestic itineraries for Australians, including world-first voyages such as the first gin-themed ocean cruise and the first visit by a cruise line to Wallaroo in South Australia.
