She will oversee the Workplace Health and Safety policy, systems and processes and also implement key change management strategies and services that optimise staff development to differentiate Crystalbrook as the employee of choice within the hospitality industry.

A key aspect of the role will be to develop a positive culture that fosters accountability, innovation and drives overall business performance to support Crystalbrook’s growth plans, including potential hotel acquisitions.
