Celebrity French Chef Sebastian Bouillet, a famous pastry chef with a boutique in Lyon in France and five boutiques in Japan, will be on-property for one week in November to design a new afternoon tea at the hotel which will incorporate a French twist. Chef Sébastien Bouillet will introduce traditional French pastries and iconic Lyon desserts to the afternoon tea menu.

For those who are not already aware, the afternoon tea at Aman Tokyo is served between 11.30am and 5pm at The Lounge on the 33rd floor. The signature ‘Black Afternoon Tea’ which is served throughout the year is inspired by travel and presented to guests in a mini suitcase / trunk that has been ingeniously crafted by Executive Pastry Chef, Yoshihisa Miyagawa.

In addition to the signature afternoon tea, Aman Tokyo is also currently offering a Halloween themed afternoon tea, from today until 31 October.
