The Abu Dhabi Specialist Program run by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) has been extended as a result of its significant success in Australia.
With a chance to win a special dinner for two, the program was extended to encourage more travel professionals to participate and promote Abu Dhabi as a tourism destination, in preparation for the anticipated increase in travel in 2021.
The Abu Dhabi Specialist Program is an e-learning platform, which was introduced in May in an aim to educate travel trade industry professionals with all destination related information about Abu Dhabi, through a series of online courses.
The last round of the Abu Dhabi Specialist Program saw over 1300 travel agents from Australia and New Zealand participate, and in preparation for a busy year of travel in 2021, the program is being held again.
“We are calling travel agents that haven’t had the chance to complete the Abu Dhabi Specialist Program yet, to sign up and participate. By completing the program and nominating a colleague to also enrol and complete the program, travel agents and professionals automatically enter a draw to win a $200 restaurant voucher.” Country Manager, Jennifer Gaskin said today.
“For those that have already completed the program, you are also welcome to nominate a friend to participate in this initiative for a chance to win dinner voucher.”
