What Lies Between
Utah’s Mighty Five® will always draw visitors to the state, but explorers who really take the time to get to know a destination will be amazed by “What Lies Between” the famed national parks. Between these parks there are places less known, but no less spectacular. Travellers can explore the 44 state parks, seven national monuments and myriad communities that connect visitors to Utah’s national parks in one great road trip. For example, travellers can visit Echo State Park – Utah’s newest state park opened just last May. The state’s three national recreation areas – Flaming Gorge, Little Sahara and Glen Canyon – offer diverse adventure in North, Central and Southern Utah, respectively. And every road trip calls for a good diner – visitors can try Logan, Utah’s Bluebird Restaurant; the oldest restaurant in the state opened in 1914. Cheers! Create Your Own Gin

Park City, Utah’s Alpine Distilling offers a new Gin Experience which allows guests to create their own bottle of gin with a custom botanical infusion. The Experience takes place at their mirco-distilling location in Historic Old Town Park City. While the alcohol distills, a four-course, gourmet dinner is served at Park City’s popular 350 Main brasserie alongside a gin tasting to educate guests on what makes palatable flavour combinations. The Gin Experience is a fun and intimate way for guests to learn about the history of gin, art of distilling and science of aroma sensory. And what better way for visitors to get a taste of Utah’s burgeoning craft cocktail culture than going home with their very own 750 ml bottle of gin.
