During a time of increasing uncertainty, particicularly in Melbourne, a Footscray based social media marketing company has expanded it’s operations across five states: Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, New South Wales and Victoria. The company has engaged an additional 11 University qualified social media marketers as of July, having started the year with three.

The young company is moving quickly to adapt to the new normal. For most of the marketers, this is their first job in the Marketing, Communications and Media industry. All of the new recruits are under 25 years of age.

The marketers are receiving training and delivering social media marketing services to small businesses remotely from their homes in Melbourne, Adelaide (& Kapunda), Brisbane & Perth. This is possible given webcam video call technology and marketers are encouraged to keep themselves and their communities safe in this way, even in States with relaxed restrictions.

Under travel restrictions and social distancing laws, it is crucial for small businesses to keep communicating through an established online presence. Dify Social helps small businesses create and maintain social media communications channels in order for them to both attract and retain customers.

“Whilst it’s a challenging time for of us in small business, I couldn’t be more pleased with our marketers and the passion that they have brought to our business and networks in their local communities” says Steve Hubbard, Dify Social’s Director.
