Unveil the mango fiesta crafted by our Pastry Chefs with Mango Yogurt. Be tempted by the sublime layers of the sweet sensation, which is made with layers of soft sponge cake, refreshing mango yogurt, mango jelly and embellished with white chocolate. Continue the fiesta with the intriguing Macadamia Nut and Mango Tart, bringing
diners a hearty taste of the caramelized mango cubes with the buttery Macadamia nuts cream filled in the crispy tart.
Our chefs uplift the Mango Pudding with an unusual makeover and serve it in a Martini glass, feasting your eyes and your taste buds with the unusual sweetness of the Mango complement with coconut milk. Macaron lovers will definitely fall for the intriguing Mango and Passion Fruit Macaron with tempting mango butter cream. No afternoon tea set will be completed without the Afternoon Tea essential – Scones. The crunchy mango and almond flavoured scones will bring you a delightful pleasure! Now your sweet tooth is satisfied, it’s time to savour a range of enticing mango-themed savouries created by our Executive Sous Chef Owen Panzica! Feel the summer vibes with the refreshing Mango Gazpacho elevated with Burrata cheese and ripe cherry tomatoes. Savour the Grilled Prawn that brings you an exotic taste served with green mango salad and seasoned with chili, coriander and lime. The flavourful Curry Puff is further enhanced by the sweet and spicy mango chutney, which goes perfectly well with curry, delivering a balanced and distinctive taste that no one can resist! The Finger Sandwich will also impress your palate with the palatable honey roasted ham with sweet and slightly salty Gruyère cheese.
Mango Fiesta Summer Afternoon Tea is available from now till 30 September 2019, from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily. It is priced at HK$198 per person on Monday to Friday and HK$218 per person on weekends and public holidays.
