South African Abalone Delicacies with South African Wines at Dynasty

Indulge in the charm of South African gourmet with the decadent South African abalones, which are reputable for their premium quality as well as the exquisite texture, pairing with the South African wines. The newly introduced dish, Deep-fried Diced South Africa Abalones with Avocado and Minced Salted Egg Yolk (HK$ 488) will surprise you with the intriguing combination and rich texture of the ingredients. The abalones and avocado are deep-fried for a crispy skin and then sautéed with the homemade salted egg yolk sauce, presenting a rich sensation. The popular Steamed Whole Abalone in Sauna Style with Jasmine Tea (HK$ 160 each) delights your palate with the sweetness of abalone. The aroma of jasmine tea is elevated as the tea is poured onto the abalone with the “sauna” effect. Warwick ‘Professor Black’ Sauvignon Blanc, Stellenbosch, 2016 (HK$ 550 per bottle, HK$ 120 per glass) is a perfect complement to both dishes. The crispy wine with hints of tropical fruit, gooseberry and lime enhances the umami flavour and sweetness of abalone. With sliced abalone, dried shrimps, diced barbequed pork and pickles, the tantalizing Sautéed Sliced South Africa Abalone with Dried Shrimps in X.O. Chili Sauce (HK$ 488) will spice up your dining experience.
