Dorchester Collection’s Michelin-starred country house hotel, Coworth Park will launch an al fresco summer dining concept in a special collaboration with Dom Pérignon.
Executive chef Adam Smith will welcome guests to ‘Dining Under The Stars’, an exclusive pop-up private dining concept nestled within Coworth Park’s Lime Grove. Guests will dine under a starry night’s sky within a specially created geodesic dome, where a carefully curated menu perfectly pairs with the hand-picked selection of Dom Pérignon expressions.
Dining Under The Stars launchs on July 11th and will run until mid-September.
