Sunraysia Chef, Yigal Benchmo, has honed his culinary skills over twenty years of global epicurean catering.

From France, Spain, Morocco and Israel, Yigal has dedicated his life to the pursuit of culinary excellence, and the launch of his artisan gourmet dressings is testament to that journey.

Based in the heart of Sunraysia, the Mildura chef takes inspiration from locally sourced fresh produce with Yigal Kitchen’s Gourmet Dressings, Citrus, Honey, Mustard and Poppy, Orange, Balsamic.

“Sunraysia has some of the best fresh produce in the world, so I’m incredibly excited to tantalize taste-buds with my hand-crafted gourmet dressings,” he said.

With ingredients sourced from local orchards, a Christmas feast worthy of a Michelin Star is the shake of a bottle away.

Basting the turkey, and drizzling vegetables for perfect caramelization, brings Christmas cooking to a whole new level, with Citrus, Honey, Mustard Dressing.

Poppy, Orange, Balsamic Dressing indulges the senses with surprise and delight, and pairs perfectly with mixed salad greens, strawberries, roasted pecans, pomegranate annuals and slithers of pear.
