The Food Gallery at The Langham, Hong Kong is re-opening on 5 May, 2020 and excited to present the newly-launched made-to-order menu. Eat different with premium and refreshing international delicacies under a safe dining environment with several precautionary measures which enables guests to dine with a positive vibe under this pandemic.

In order to give guests enough energy to continue with day-to-day life, the freshly-made bottled Detox Beverages such as Berry Burst, Ginger Beets and Super Green are served for health boosting purpose. Steamed-to-order local catch seafood including Sea Scallop in Shell with Glass Noodle and Shrimp with Garlic containing high proteins, vitamins and minerals for guests to build their body strength.

The Food Gallery believes that healthy can be delicious. To delight the start of the meal with an enticing array of refreshing salads and soup, followed by the colourful Hawaiian-style Poke Bowls with choices of superfoods and seafood featuring Marinated Tuna, Seared Salmon Belly and Japanese Scallop in small individual portions that are light, fresh and satisfying.

Indulge in succulent cold and hot items for daily motivation. On cold side, start with freshly shucked Oyster and chilled seafood including Poached Lobster, Snow Crab Leg, Crayfish and more. For hot main fares, Asian-style “From the Wok” with wok-fried crab and lobster in chili or black bean sauce are available to spice up the day. Land specialities are cooked in international style, highlights from Pan-fried Duck Liver, Wagyu Beef Cheek, Peking Duck to the pass-around crispy Suckling Pig. The grill station is also undoubtedly a highlight for this elevated made-to-order feast.

Life is uncertain, eat dessert first. Save room for the too-pretty-to-eat dessert including the Deconstructed Lemon Tart with meringue foam, Exotic Pavlova, Paris Brest and more plated individually and served to table. For chocolate lovers, check out the lovely Chocolate Black Forest, Lychee and White Chocolate Pudding as well as the freshly-baked Chocolate Lava Cake.
