EDAM Group, the UK’s market leading service provider of credit hire and post-accident services, has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Lesley Jackson as Chief Commercial Officer and Helen Morris as Claims Director. The new additions reinforce EDAM Group’s position as a major force in the credit-hire market and will support the company as it looks to deliver further growth.

Helen Morris, Claims Director at EDAM Group

Lesley joins EDAM Group with a strong background in both credit hire and insurance, having previously worked at Ageas Insurance, as a Senior Performance Manager and Strategic Relationship Manager. The role will enable Lesley to take a proactive lead to further develop EDAM Group’s commercial strategy, which includes the company’s highly regarded customer experience and service.

With a background both in the sector and wider financial and commerical roles , Helen brings a wealth of commercial and business transformation experience to the Claims Director role. In this position, Helen will be responsible for further developing EDAM Group’s relationships with the insurers of at-fault drivers, including negotiating agreements to facilitate efficiency benefits in cost recovery to further aid growth. Helen will also work strategically with the end to end business to drive performance ensuring effective cash collection in a timely manner.

Enjoying sustained business growth, EDAM Group puts the customer at the heart of everything it does, offering high quality vehicles to meet the needs of those involved in non-fault accidents. The company is widely recognised for its exemplary service, evidenced by its continuous outstanding Net Promoter Score, which has been consistently in excess of 80 for the last 6 months. The latest management additions will allow the company to optimise its service scope for current customers as well as pursue new business opportunities as it moves to complete its 2020 Vision objectives and moves on to set new challenges.

These additions are key to driving EDAM Group through its next stage of growth, adding a new perspective to our approach and delivering more effective and efficient processes.”

Employing almost 400 people at its Manchester based office, the company has received external recognition of its success from the awards and business industries, taking silver at the 10th UK Customer Experience Awards in October. EDAM Group has also been recognised as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For, placing 69th in the Sunday Times list earlier this year.
