Created by the award-winning culinary team at both hotels, each kit consists of ingredients and easy-to-follow step by step instructions for you to cook your favourite dishes from well-loved restaurants at either Fairmont Singapore or Swissô tel The Stamford.

#FairmontandSwissotelFoodAtHome recipe kits are the perfect option for foodies and enthusiastic home cooks, and dishes can be whipped up in as little as 15 minutes.  Each kit comes with a complimentary side of Aquaponics salad, fresh from our farm to your home!

New recipes will be launched weekly at www.celebrationscentral.com.sg and you may pair the dishes with a list of wines specially selected by our Head Sommelier.

SIGNATURES 

Our signature Aquaponics Tilapia recipe kit from The Stamford Brasserie brings freshly harvested ingredients from the hotels’ Aquaponics Farm on Level 5 right to your doorstep. Savour succulent baked tilapia atop a bed of crisp crunchy Aquaponics salad. Enjoy the freshest produce, in the most sustainable way possible, in just 30 minutes!

Savour the juicy Chicken Tikka Steak from Asian Market Café. Marinated with our specially curated Tikka yoghurt premix, this chicken steak packs a punch and promises to satisfy even the most discerning taste buds.

Whet your appetite with the luscious Italian Tilapia Seafood Stew from Prego. This comforting stew consists of Prego’s homemade shellfish broth, prawns, white clams and Aquaponics Tilapia fillets. The tilapia is harvested  from the hotel’s Aquaponics farm on Level 5, fresh from our farm to your home.

With recipes of varying cuisines and regional specialties, you can savour the world on a platter, without having to travel out of the country! Prepare the dish when you want or need to, and enjoy it fresh and piping hot!
