Extraordinary Journeys welcomes travelers ‘Down Under’ with a new itinerary, Vibrant Neighborhoods, Culture and Wildlife of Sydney and Southern Australia. The 12-day, 11-night Australian tour takes participants behind-the-scenes of Sydney’s emerging and established neighborhoods, to the unspoiled beauty of Kangaroo Island, on an extravagant food and wine experience in the renowned Barossa Valley in a vintage 1962 Daimler, and ends with an African-style Australian Outback safari in the picturesque Flinders Ranges.

Whether escorted by private guides or independently driving around in a provided rental car, travelers will have access to local personalities and experts (an Extraordinary Journeys signature) aimed to provide optimal immersion in the destination. The new Vibrant Neighborhoods, Culture and Wildlife of Sydney and Southern Australia journey features some of the continent’s most iconic destinations and includes flexible city and outdoor adventures. Additionally, depending on the time of year, guests have the opportunity to include the Adelaide Festival (first two weeks in March), Vivid Sydney (May 25-June 16), or Dark Mofo in Tasmania (June 15-24) in their itinerary. Extensions to Wolgan Valley, Lizard Island or Uluru are also recommended.
