The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge’s recently launched Spring Blossom Afternoon Tea is inspired by the fresh, vibrant flavors of the new season. From 19-21 April, this decadent set will take on an Easter theme, with unique savory bites including Poached Quail’s Egg, Herbed Pork Terrine and Caviar on Charcoal Toast, Grilled Premium Ham with Sautéed Forest Mushroom, Edamame Salsa and Nasturtium as well as sweets such as Chocolate Potato Nest with Mango Passion Sphere and Coconut Carrot Cake with Glazed Baby Carrot.
