Vehicle thefts in the state decreased by 26% compared to February 2018 and, compared to January this year, decreased by 6%. Cargo thefts, in turn, dropped by 13% compared to February last year. Compared to last month, it was also a 13% drop. Street robbery (robbery of passerby, cellphone theft and theft of public transportation) remained stable in February: a 1% increase in relation to February 2018. However, when compared to January this year, there was a 6% decrease.
