Seven Stars Resort & Spa, Grace Bay Beach remains all-in when it comes to ensuring the safety and wellness of its staff and guests.

The resort, which has been pro-active in putting safety measures and best-practice protocols in place since the hospitality industry began responding to COVID-19 last year, is pleased to announce that 100% of all staff that have requested the vaccination for COVID-19, have now received their first of two inoculations. This represents more than 70% of current staff overall, as daily testing of staff continues. Administering of second round vaccinations are due to be completed by the end of February 2021.

Last month, Seven Stars Resort & Spa was among the first to announce that it had introduced complimentary rapid antigen testing for guests following the CDC’s requirement that returning visitors show proof of a negative COVID-19 test within three days of travel back to the U.S. Since January 26, the resort has helped hundreds of guests get tested before returning home. The tests are administered on-site 24-72 hours prior to departure by a certified lab technician and are available complimentary to all guests over the age of two.

About Seven Stars Resort & Spa’s COVID-19 Protocols

Seven Stars Resort & Spa’s enhanced operational protocols and procedures were rolled out in July 2020 with the introduction of the resort’s Clean Stay Promise’ Sanitization Measures. These include advance check-in formalities to reduce “front desk” time upon arrival; infrared guest temperature checks; a care kit upon arrival; hand sanitizer stations throughout the property; reduced capacity throughout all resort outlets; turn-down service by request; and rigorous sanitization and housekeeping procedures property wide. In addition, the resort introduced its Anywhere Dining program, digital menus and a QR code ordering system, in addition to two new private spaces – The Tasting Room and Rooftop Garden for more intimate dining experiences.
