Must try include Lamb Mandy, Prawn Caldine Curry, Kandani Chicken, Kuttanadan Peppered Duck, Baked Crab with Yoghurt, Chicken Tikka Masala, Duck Varuval, Squid Gobi Masala, Prawn Balchao Goan, Eggplant Pachadi, Masala Vada, Laddu, Palkova, Jalebi, Gulab Jamun and Rasgulla.
