Valentine’s Day Dinner at Allium Restaurant & Bar

On Wednesday, February 14, 2018, the Hotel’s contemporary American restaurant, Allium will offer a four-course dinner at USD 85 per person:

  • Champagne and Canapes – lavender almonds, fried panisse, kusshi oysters with cucumber caviar
  • First Course – butternut squash salad, Champagne vinaigrette, fromage frais, pear butter; or, crab brioche, maple aioli, cranberry and almond purée
  • Entree – wagyu “Steak Oscar” with lobster béarnaise and bone marrow potatoes; or, ahi tuna with green goddess, lobster sausage and chorizo spices; or, dry-aged duck breast with brown butter parsnips, duck leg sausage and preserved cherry
