Frasers Hospitality, a member of Frasers Property Group, has engaged with SGS, the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing, and certification company, as part of its continuous effort to meet the highest international health and safety standards.

In line with hygiene and safety best practices of local health authorities, the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, a cleaning and disinfection verification programme will be assessed across Frasers Hospitality’s serviced residences and hotels globally. SGS will further strengthen Frasers Hospitality’s exacting health and safety standards to meet the expectations of guests and staff to ensure greater peace of mind.

The #FraserCares programme was introduced to raise the bar for hygiene, safety and reservations flexibility across every Frasers Hospitality property worldwide.  It includes enhanced operational protocols and comprehensive health and safety procedures for facilities such as residents’ lounges, swimming pools, gyms, The Retreat, dining rooms and even kids’ play zones. In addition to a suite of wellness facilities, serviced residences offer the luxury of space and privacy to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Mr Koh Teck Chuan, CEO of Frasers Hospitality says, “As the situation continues to evolve, we have developed processes across our serviced residences and hotels to adhere to global standards. Our latest partnership with SGS is testament to our ongoing efforts to keep our guests and staff safe through our dedicated #FraserCares programme.”

Peter Possemiers, Executive Vice President of SGS Environment, Health and Safety services, adds “SGS’s global leadership in the hospitality sector has enabled our network of health and safety experts to develop a comprehensive protocol in line with health, safety and hygiene standards. We are glad to partner with Frasers Hospitality to ensure the highest standards are achieved as travel resumes.”
