As the Global Head of Sales and Commercial Lead for Jetstar Asia, Paul Rombeek is responsible for worldwide sales and business development, where he oversees sales, distribution and business development across for all four of Jetstar’s branded lowcost carriers. In addition, he is the commercial lead for Jetstar Asia, responsible for the coordination and optimization of commercial results.
Paul joined Jetstar in September 2014 as Head of Sales for Jetstar Group and brought with him extensive aviation industry experience. Previous roles include CEO of Tigerair Mandala, a Joint Venture between Tiger Airways Holdings and Saratoga Capital Asia, where he was responsible for growing the start-up low-cost carrier in Indonesia. Paul also held positions in Air France and was KLM’s General Manager for South East Asia and Pacific.
Paul holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and a Masters in Economics from the University of Maastricht, The Netherlands. He is married and has three young children.
