Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant’s Executive Chinese Chef Tommy Choong Chan Hoo and his culinary brigade goes all out to delight your taste buds with three celebratory Sao Gong Zhao set menus this month.

Also known as the year end appreciation dinner or pre-Chinese New Year meal, the set menus are priced at RM1688.00nett, RM1828.00nett and RM2188.00nett. Each of it has nine courses featuring traditional delights and comes with a bottle of house wine (red or white) or premium Chinese tea (while stocks last) per set ordered.

The RM1688 menu comprises Deluxe Four Combination, Braised Pumpkin Soup with Dried Seafood and Eight Treasures, Poached Village Chicken with Dried Scallop Sauce and Garden Green, Steamed Live Patin with Chilli “Hunan” Style, Buttered Crispy Prawns with Oats and Bean Curd  stuffed with Dried Oyster Roll, Braised Abalone, Mushrooms and Bean Curd with Garden Greens, Pineapple Fried Rice with Smoked Duck and Vegetables, Sweet Fancy Duet Pastry and Double Boiled Soy Milk with Snow Fungus and Gingko Nuts.

The RM1828 set features Four Seasons Combination Platter, Braised Crab Meat Soup with Shredded Dried Seafood, Roasted Chicken “Szechuan” Style, Steamed Live Dragon Garoupa with Ginger, Golden Garlic and Superior Soy Sauce, Combo of Wok Fried Prawns with Nutmeg and Mayonnaise Dressing; and Deep Fried Bean Curd with Dried Oyster, Braised  Abalone, Trio Fresh Mushrooms and Asparagus with Truffle Oil, Seafood Fried Rice with Red Tobiko and Crispy Scallop, Sweet Fancy Duet Pastry and Chilled Sea Coconut with Aloe Vera, Lotus Seeds and Snow Fungus.

The RM2188 package offers Duo Combination Platter, Double Boiled Chicken Soup with Dried Conch and American Ginseng, Roasted Smoked Duck Breast with Mango and Pomelo Sauce ‘’Thai’’ Style, Steamed Live River Tapah With Crispy Radish, Bird’s Eye Chilli and Supreme Soy Sauce, Stir Fried Alaskan Scallop with Asparagus, Macadamia Nuts paired with Bean Curd stuffed with Dried Oyster Roll, Braised Abalone, Sea Cucumber and Garden Green, Wok Fried Wild Rice with Diced Chicken, Sakura Shrimps and Yam, Sweet Fancy Duet Pastry and Double Boiled Bird’s Nest with Peach Gum, Lotus Seeds and Red Dates.
