Crafted to double down on vegetables and vitamins and to reduce unnecessary calories and sugars, the well-being counter with 5 kinds of garden leaves, 12 varieties of crisp vegetables as well as Iberico ham, and cheese enable you to create a salad that’s just the way you want it. 10 different antipasto-style temptations also await to awaken appetites, including a traditional Waldorf salad, grilled octopus in olive oil, avocado, smoked salmon, and more – all freshly prepared with health and wellness in mind.
Freshly cooked to order main courses feature high-protein and nutritious options. Fitness enthusiasts can choose from a selection of high-protein options, including a grilled beef tenderloin with roasted vine tomato and olive oil-sautéed French beans, or a roasted chicken breast with sautéed potato, asparagus and morels. Similarly, those looking to slim down for summer can also indulge in a sautéed seabass with crushed potato and baby carrot. A slow-braised beef cheek with grapeseed oil mash potatoes serves a satisfying and nutritious lunch, while a vegetarian option of linguine with wild mushrooms, tomatoes and asparagus is also available.
To put the cherry on top of your lunch experience, leading pastry chef Robin has prepared a selection of sublimely playful desserts that come full of flavor and with very little sugar. Diners should make sure to enjoy a flourless chocolate cake with blueberries, a papaya coconut crème brûlée with white fungus and more.
