The Grand Hyatt at SFO has been named a winner of the Hotels.com Loved by Guests “Most Wanted” award for 2021, which are given out exclusively to hotels with the highest guest ratings in the world on the Hotels.com website. SFO’s on-airport hotel has a cumulative rating of 9.6 out of 10. Because the award is based solely on guest reviews, it is considered a true indicator of a hotel’s standards and commitment to guest satisfaction.
