Starting this month, families, friends and loved ones are invited to celebrate the new season at JW Marriott Hotel Macau, which is unveiling three enticing promotions that showcase the impeccable service, sumptuous food and keen attention to detail for which the JW Marriott brand is renowned for.

A Timeless Pairing of Luxury & Fine Dining

From now until July 31, 2019, JW Marriott Hotel Macau’s award-winning Man Ho Chinese Restaurant is collaborating with famed Swiss watchmaker Breguet to present patrons with an experience that exemplifies craftsmanship and creativity. Inspired by Breguet’s storied 244 years of history, its legacy of innovation and its reputation as the watchmaker of royalty, Man Ho Chinese Restaurant has designed lunch and dinner menus featuring premium ingredients that are sure to satisfy even the most sophisticated of palates.

Breguet timepiece aficionados are sure to appreciate JW Marriott Hotel Macau’s rare culinary offer that pays tribute to one of the world’s most esteemed luxury brands. In honor of this collaboration, Man Ho Chinese Restaurant has exclusively decorated its elegant private dining room in a stylish Breguet theme, transforming it into the perfect venue for hosting VIP guests who love the finer things in life. Making the event even more attractive, the Breguet store at The Promenade Shops is offering patrons who indulge in these special menus a unique offer.

The lunch menu begins with Breguet’s Amuse-boucheDeep-fried Prawn Wrap and Mashed Taro Pea Sprout and Seafood Dumpling before moving on to an array of tempting dishes such as Braised 5-headed Abalone with Shanghai Pak Choi in Oyster Sauce and Steamed Chicken and Rice Wrapped in Lotus Leaf. The dinner menu features delicacies comprised of premium ingredients, including Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Fish Maw and Bamboo PithBraised Giant Grouper Fillet with Steamed Egg andDoubled-boiled Heritage Bird’s Nest in Papaya. Both the lunch and dinner menus include a pairing with Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut or Dr. Loosen, Wehlener Sonnenuhr, Riesling Kabinett.

Oceans of Flavor at Urban Kitchen

One of Macau’s most popular buffets, Urban Kitchen, recently welcomed the arrival of award-winning Daniel Ng as its new Chef de Cuisine. Chef Daniel brings a wealth of creativity and experience to loyal patrons of Urban Kitchen, introducing tempting dishes from around the world such as Mediterranean Gigantic Seafood Medley StewFrench Onion Soup with Puff Pastry Crust and Truffle-scented Risotto plus famous Asian specialties including Chicken Rice BallsSingapore Laksa and much more.

In April, Urban Kitchen will be launching a promotion that showcases the captivating culinary skills of Chef Daniel. All month, patrons will be treated to a “Tuna Extravaganza”, where seafood lovers can savor prized cuts of fresh tuna prepared with exclusive cooking techniques and secret recipes. Highlighted dishes include Cajun Spice Pan-fried Tuna with Mint Mango Chutney and Deep-fried Tuna Tempura with Avocado Mayonnaise.

Visit on a Saturday for a tuna-cutting ceremony, where Chef Daniel and his team at Urban Kitchen will demonstrate how best to prepare succulent bites of one of the world’s favorite fish. Spectators will be amazed as the chefs use their expert skills to demonstrate the enormous fish, weighing as much as 50 to 60kg, into delicious morsels for sushi, sashimi and more – a show not to be missed. Also, be sure to pair your fresh catch with the fun and flavorful accompaniment of a “Soda Mix”, which lets guests use their own creativity to blend sodas according to their own personal preferences.
