HCW announces the groundbreaking of side-by-side branded hotels in Goodyear, Arizona. A 90 room Tru by Hilton and 88 room Springhill Suites by Marriott. 
The new hotels will be located on 3.7 acres on the corner of Interstate 10 & North Bullard Avenue in one of the fastest growing cities in Arizona. This growing market is perfect for both Hilton’s new innovative TRU brand targeting traveling millennials and Springhill Suites by Marriott upscale business and family lodging offering. The property’s location, just off I-10, makes it perfect for business and leisure travelers alike.

Goodyear, Arizona has put its name on the map with multiple announcements of Fortune 500 companies choosing to locate within the city. Along with record-breaking residential growth, the city recently entered into a public-private partnership to build Goodyear Civic Square at Estrella Falls, an exciting community gathering spot for events, festivals, concerts, and parades, as well as class A office and a central location for City government and other community amenities. This new double hotel project is conveniently close to the new Civic Square as well as the many recently announced technology developments.
