Spread the love

The hosts of the SCHWARZWALD PANORAMA in Bad Herrenalb Stephanie Schießl and Stephan Bode and the entire team of the hotel are looking forward to welcoming guests again from May 29th. The hotel is located in the center of the town of Bad Herrenalb, which has been allowed to boast the title “Fair Trade City” since 2012. Bad Herrenalb is also a health spa with healing water, healing climate, energy sources and is certified as a sustainable destination.

For all those who long for relaxation, nature and a feel-good programme for the soul after the Corona Lockdown, the SCHWARZWALD PANORAMA offers many possibilities. As a health and wellness hotel which includes an integrated Selfness Centre, the focus is on a holistic approach and improving personal health. Whether cosmetic treatments and massages or a visit to the spa area with steam bath, Finnish wet and dry saunas, a mineral thermal swimming pool as well as a jacuzzi or attending a course in the Selfness Centre, mindfulness and health are the focus. The centre offers the possibility to participate in yoga courses, alkaline fasting treatments, therapeutic fasting treatments as well as TCM sessions.

Nature Experiences: The Wildcat Trail

For many years wild cats have been moving back into our forests and reclaiming their former territories. The animals are very shy, so the chance of meeting them is quite low.

The family-friendly hiking trail in the Upper Gaistal in Bad Herrenalb leads over rough and smooth terrain directly through the habitat of the wild cats. Your cross-country, family excursion will lead you across meadows and through forests. There are ten different stations where you will learn everything worth knowing about the animals: What dangers lurk? What natural enemies do they have? What prey do they hunt? And how do they differ from the common house cat? You can set out on your own or you can join a guided hike with trained hiking guides, who will impart a lot of exciting background knowledge.
