Guests at Hermes Estate have a personal assistant available to them 24/7 during their stay. Visitors can have as much attention or privacy as they require. In conjunction with the personal concierge, all needs can be met by a personal butler.

Specifically, ‘Vacation Guests’ will enjoy a complimentary bottle of chilled Dom Perignon champagne and delicious Haigh’s chocolates or fine canapés on arrival. Whereas ‘Wellness Guests’ can enjoy herbal infusions and fresh fruit. 

A cool refreshing peppermint face towel is on offer for you to freshen if you’d like a brief tour of the Villas, before returning to your suite to dress for dinner.

Guests are recommended to arrange a massage for an hour or two after their arrival as the ideal way to ease into the relaxing tranquility at Hermes Estate. Their wonderful qualified massage therapist provides remedial massage or aromatherapy relaxing massage as well as other spa treatments in their very own private spa salon. Indoor or outdoor treatments are available.

The lemongrass and peppermint essential oils will assist in recovering from any jet lag. Some other items on offer are essential oil compresses, fresh salad canapés, delicious smoothies and iced herbal teas for those visiting to enjoy a healthy detox. 

With psychologist and nutritionist Robyn Chuter on hand, wellness guests can enjoy treatments for both the body and the mind, from a relationship refresher to sessions for self-sabotage and weight control. 

Upon arrival, guests will find a beautiful gift hamper full of goodies carefully selected for them. Some of the items are secret, yet you may find included some iKOU products, a 24kt gold Hermes Estate pen, luxury chocolates, Dom Perignon champagne, and other personalised treasures, to take home some of the Hermes Estate experience. 

A private chef is on hand to prepare delicious meals throughout your stay. French chef Loic is highly skilled in creating intricate beauty on a plate as well as balancing nutrition and flavour. Freshness is a focus; items on your plate will have been sourced and harvested not 30-60 minutes prior to serving! 

Hermes Estate proudly stocks and supplies only the finest quality products, brands and ingredients for their selective and special guests. They have even chosen water from Cape Grim, said to be the purest water on earth. 

The private villa can be booked at an introductory tariff of $5,000 per night, per room, for post-pandemic until Sep 30th, when the tariff will return to $11,000. All inclusive for a minimum 2 night stay, and bookings can be made via hermesestate.com.
