Featherdale Wildlife Park is home to NSW’s only lunch with a koala experience, offering guests the opportunity to sit down with the furry native for a meal.
Through Featherdale’s trade partners, groups can book this experience along with other Featherdale packages. A classic menu of an Aussie Angus BBQ burger and chips with salad and drink is served, with alternative options available on request.
The experience is available for groups of ten or more and is priced at $75 per adult and $55 per child aged 3-15. The package includes:
- 30 minute Koala and Keeper presentation within the Drover’s Hut Function Centre
- Sit-down Burger combo lunch
- General Admission into Featherdale Wildlife Park
- Personal Koala Encounter at the Koala Sanctuary area

Featherdale offers Sydney’s most interactive wildlife experience, allowing visitors to get up close and personal to over 1,700 Australian mammals, birds and reptiles with encounters like breakfast with a koala and holding a baby crocodile. Animal conservation is at the forefront of everything Featherdale does, with initiative including the endangered Tiger Quoll Breeding Program and the Koala Genome Program in partnership with The Australian Museum.
